Not a Good Experience
Reading through the reviews, my experience with GLS is similar on the last 3 deliveries. I wasn't notified of the expected delivery window; one package was lost and never recovered (Two 6-paks of beer ... you know where that went?); very poor and non-communicative support system, notification of attempted delivery that never happened!
