Peak quality and customer service!

Dogshit customer service, 4 weeks in and all i get is the "We cant give you an update on your order please refer back to the webpage. You will get a tracking link when the item ships". This is asinine and beyond unprofessional.

Stay away!!! I would give them -1 for the way they have this shady warranty where they hide behind the "shipping to be paid by buyer" policy. I bought a wireless mouse receiver kit, order#1458473. It was a DUD!!!! (what a quality). Reached out and now they want me to ship it. Really?? Why wouldn't I throw this piece of Chinese junk in trash and look forward to buy from Logitech or other reputable brands. I made a mistake and I hope my $14.99 + shipping will make you a millionaire. Stay Away!!!

I have been using the Glorious GMMK Pro for a while now and after years of sticking with Logitech I can honestly say that Glorious builds the better keyboards. The typing experience, the build quality and the customization options are on another level entirely. What truly sets Glorious apart though is their customer service. I recently had an issue caused entirely by my shipping carrier, and Glorious went completely above and beyond to make it right. They were responsive, understanding and offered a resolution that was far more generous than I ever expected. You can tell that they actually care about their customers rather than just going through the motions. If you are on the fence about switching to Glorious, do it. The products speak for themselves and if anything ever goes wrong you are in good hands. Will absolutely continue to be a Glorious customer.
