Global Traveler customer support is nonexistent. I have been trying to get refunded for over two years. They continue to state that my bank has it on hold, but I have provided them emails and documentation proving otherwise. They keep telling me that they will get back to me and they never follow up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is a total fraud. Waited 15 minutes and they hung up all the while telling me my call was first in line. Impossible to get through to. Total Rip OFF !!! I should have known as soon as I saw a Florida number it was a rip off. That state is the center of scams in the US.

In a world where you can't get a person on the phone, i am pleasantly surprised how excellent Global Entry has been thus far. They communicate in a timely fashion and are polite, flexible and knowledgeable. I thought this process would be difficult, but instead it's been supper easy!!! I love easy!!! thank you Global Entry!
