Very good cooperation with G-P, willingness to solve problems, quick response. Especially the approach of Nofar Epshtein, our account manager.

GP excels at helping navigate individual country tax regulations and employee rights. They respond quickly to queries and provide efficient assistance with issues. However, their employer portal could benefit from some upgrades.

GP is really a trust worthy partner with friendly and high efficient response from their HR specialist globally. One little suggestion by ticket creating, the platform always ask if the question is specific to a certain country and it is single selection. Would be better if it is not a mandatory selection or make it multi selection.

I've been using GP in a head of finance role for around 2x months now. Michael, our Customer Success Manager, has been great, as has support through the ticketing system. Responses have been timely to any queries I have had, especially when trying to understand payroll costs associated with an international workforce.
