G-PReviews of globalization-partners.com

The GP team was able to respond quickly to all our questions. The different GP teams are fully involved, which allows us to get answers on various topics.

The customer service from my account manager is brilliant. Rahma is always responsive, helpful and informative, and will always provide the best solutions to my questions. The service can be quite costly, but this is the only piece of feedback I would provide.

The professional interaction of the account manager was prompt, detailed, and answered all of my questions. Very easy to do business with Globalization Partners.

We had an international faculty member we were looking to hire, however, there were issues that we ran into during the onboarding process. This is when we had to reach out to G-P to assist. From my understanding, there may have been a hiccup when we were trying to get the faculty member on with G-P, however, we were presented with an alternative option to get the faculty member up & running. While I was not part of the initial setup process, I did need to take over to approve payment as the primary user left the company. The primary user had contacted Adrian Salazar to make me the primary user instead. Adrian was able to walk us through the process to ensure there is no delay & update the contract. He also let us know of the next steps we needed to do for the transition of users. Adrian was super helpful from the start! He was available when I needed help with my first invoice & was able to set up a Zoom meeting so we can look at it together. He was also very responsive to all of my questions that I had. I know I had reached out a couple times to double-check on some things & he was able to confirm all my questions to put me at ease as I did not want the faculty member to miss any pays because I did not know how to process the invoice. From there, I was able to approve the invoices as they came in. I also wanted to add the the G-P platform is easy to use & user-friendly. THANK YOU SO MUCH ADRIAN FOR ALL YOUR HELP & BEING PATIENT WITH ME! I TRULY APPRECIATE IT!

GP has outstanding customer service!

I had a great experience with G-P. The entire process was straightforward, and everything was clearly explained from start to finish. Their platform is also very user-friendly and easy to navigate. It made the whole onboarding process seamless and stress-free.

Excellent customer Service

If I could I would give them zero. They are the PEO of my organisation. We have personal and professional allowances which are paid through the PEO. They are great for keeping my money! Several times I had my expenses submitted on time, approved by my org and the money sent to them an they retained it. We are talking of values close to €3000, over Christmas, etc. No explanation is given, just the same old crap that they are putting systems in place to avoid it happening in the future but it always does. The local experience is also poor, yearly you have to do medical check ins, they subcontract crappy services that rent spaces of healthcare centers. No contact details are provided, poor customer service to resolve the issues. A total and frustrating time waster. To avoid at ALL COSTS!
