This is my second time dealing with them. Their service is fast and superb. Needed hair in time for the new year. I ordered on a Tuesday evening, they shipped it out the next day, and I received it by Saturday. No complaints!

One of my wigs came in the wrong color but I didn't realize it for 2 weeks. I ordered 1B, I got a 1. Only because it's a full wig did I not make a big deal. But I assumed they didn't have what I ordered and figured I wouldn't mind. I kept it but I probably won't order through this company again.

I've never had any problems buying from this company. It comes in a timely fashion. My order has never been wrong and if they have to refund you they send a email and the refund is prompt. Just wish they would extend free shipping to consistent return customers. But this will not stop me from using this company.
