I have never ordered from your company l always order from Samsbeauty some of your reveiws some are simply awful.l want very much to order from you but being on a fixed income l don't have money to throw away. Make me believe that your company can be trusted.

Very affordable. However I never received my package. I reached out to the company and they responded in a respectful and calm manner but I never got a refund nor my purchase.

I received wigs with loose hair in the box. I called to request return information and have never received a callback or email.

The wig was demoed on UTube which prompted the purchase. Very disappointed. It was flat and had no curls right out the pack. It was not as pictured. Total waste of money. Would not recommend

The hair did not look like the picture. The wig is thin and poorly cut.

Although you tube videos were positive and looked great, the wig looked unnatural and bulky. I did not return but I won't wear it. I usually order from different websites and I am certain I will continue to gravitate to my familiar.

The site should do more to illustrate different colors and “textures” of the hair. It’s really hard to determine the color and texture by looking at a patch of hair. Figuring out a way to view the different colors on models would contribute to a better online experience.

When they put discounts it is the old wigs that already are out of stock even before they place the offer up to 2-3 months ago but not shown in the pic that is out , you go thinking you will get a deal but you don't , it is good to say you have an offer but product not available and say new arrivals when is a wig we have seen over 5 months and their customer service over the phone is extremely rude
