Most of they're wigs are advertised on the online photo in stock but once you click on the details it shows up sold out, that is very annoying while searching for wigs, they're website should be updated/upgraded with only the wigs/items that they do have in stock and not what's been sold out for the longest time.

Glamourtress has great service in terms of shipping. Most times my orders arrive in two days. However, if you aren't happy with an item, they will not let you return it unless it is in new condition. You are just stuck with it and out of the money. If you are able to return it, you have to pay the shipping and handling. Their return policy is very poor and I would rather buy from Amazon any day. They are very happy to refund your money if you aren't satisfied.

They don’t ever answer their phones or emails!! Days before my package was shipped I requested that the address to be changed because it was wrong and nothing. They sent it to the same address and I have no idea where it is. Whatever they use to track packages and edit orders suck!

I needed my product by a certain day, and I even wrote what day I needed it by in the shipping notes. I paid 30 extra dollars on shipping alone to ensure that it would be here on time, but it was several days later than expected and I was very disappointed.

I order from you guys very often and I love have fast my items arrive but for all the money I spend with you guys I don’t see any customer appreciation. Also you guys need to update/ restock the merchandise more often

I been shopping with glamourtress for almost 3 years and every two weeks I make a purchase of $50 or more. My only complaint is I think they should offer person to person discounts based on loyalty and also the coupons they have online are never valid
