Very bad handling of the covid situation. They were still accepting guests while only essential travel was allowed. And no sympathy for people who couldn't even get into the country of their booking due to flight cancellations. Would never book again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I reserved 3 nights at one location. I was not informed upon check in that they had moved my building location. The new building did not have the amenities I booked. The next morning I received an email saying they couldn’t accommodate my entire stay and had to relocate me again. The next building had even less amenities than the first location they put me. It wasn’t even the room type I booked. Both nights we didn’t sleep because of the noise. It was so bad. Not to mention how hard the beds are. We left and don’t stay the third night. They refunded about half of the amount of the third night. Overall I will never ever book with this place ever again. I highly advise everyone else not to also. It was the very worst experience I’ve ever encountered traveling. I was traveling with my 18 month old and had to unpack and repack everything every night when all I wanted to do was stay in one location and enjoy swimming with my boy. That never once happened. And all they give me is a the run around that all they can offer is a partial refund for the inconvenience they cause.

Charged me again for my stay 1 month after we had left!!! Still trying to get money back. They claim technical error and immediate reversal was processed... Nothing has been reversed on credit card, plus now additional overseas transaction added to credit card!! NOT HAPPY GINOSI!

I travel to L.A. frequently, probably twice a month, and I've been looking for new options of places to stay. I found Ginosi Apartels on Hotel.com. and it looks terrific. I had a few questions so I called the number listed on your Hotel.com website. Here's how the conversation went: Me: Hi, can you tell me how close you are to the Palladium? Clerk: What?!?! Me: Can you tell me how close you are to the Palladium? (5 seconds of silence) Me: The theater on Sunset? (several more seconds of silence, I thought he was looking it up on line) Me: Hello? (several more seconds of silence) Clerk: Click. Wow! Really rude. I'm bummed because I thought this place might be one of my homes away from homes. But, if the reservations/front desk is so rude they cannot even carry on a simple conversation, I assume that the rest of the staff is also less than professional and pleasant.

If I could give a negative star I would! My room was absolutely disgusting! There were stains on the carpet the smell of weed or cigarettes I could barely sleep! The picture of the room was completely false advertisement it looked nothing like what my confirmation had shown. To top it all off I went to return the key and there was nobody at the building all doors were locked I waited 20 minutes with my Uber and almost missed my flight the customer care representative on the phone told me to leave the key ag the door which I followed her instructions I later got charged $200 for a key deposit!!! Complete scam!! I will never book with them and do not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I was two weeks in the Ginosi Apartels in Chicago (747) and didnt have problems.. the price was very good when you compare with other hotels in Chicago.. also the building seemed brand new... friendly staff... They give a code to enter the building and apartment (there is a code lock on apartment and building door) which is really convenient (you dont have to carry or worry about keys). The building is not in the center but only a 10 minute ride away with the metro (one street behind the building). I would stay here again.

I stayed at the Ginosi Metropolitan Apartel. I was at first skeptical after reading all the bad reviews on here, but I am happy that I actually went for it. The building was clean, the location is very close to the walk of Fame stars and the view over Hollywood was just fantastic. There was no daily cleaning but that didn't bother me at all. It felt like it was my home and that is not a feeling one easily gets at hotels.
