I placed an order about a week ago and was trying to get a status update on my order I have yet to receive a tracking number and cannot find a customer service phone number to contact the company.

I wish I would've read the reviews before ordering. I placed my order on June 29th and I still have not received my order. I was told by email on June 30th my items required special ordering. Luckily I was able to get thru to someone on Live chat yesterday and was told not all items came in so they had to reorder again but it would take another week. I hope my order ships out in a week.

Do not order from this company. I was given the wrong part even after providing my vin number. Now for the past month I've been emailing/using the live chat trying to get a refund but have not heard from them in a month. I suspect they are going bankrupt and are trying to screw me out of $300. If I am not contacted in 48 hours I will be contacting my bank and then the better business bureau to see what my options are. (If i am refunded my money i will delete this comment and just move on)

I order a part that they had said would fit my vehicle and it does not. I been sending emails and no response to get my refund. Not even the live chat they respond. Took almost a month to get here! Don't buy nothing from here waist of time and money. No good customer service at all just a scam! Would rate it 0 stars if it let me.

Dear Freddy, We apologize your experience was anything but positive... We do work very hard each day to make the online buying experience as convenient & transparent as possible.. Based on your comments, We felt a look into your order was warranted.. I found a few details that do not match up to your comments?. • We pride ourselves on checking fitment on every order that has a vin# supplied. Our checkout process actually includes a required entry of supplying the vin#, opting not to supply the Vin#, or I am modifying the vehicle from stk and the vin# does not apply.. Your order arrived with no vin# supplied, so verifying your choice was not possible. • Your order date was 7/20 @ 2:51am (MST) and was processed and shipped on 7/29, received on 8/2.. yes agreed, this took longer than typical, however we feel a month is not accurate representation of the delay you experienced. • Your email requesting a return came to our team on 8/9 @ 7:02pm and a second request at 7:48pm (after the close of our support team) .. Your RMA was generated and information sent to your email on 8/10 @1:35pm Again I apologize that you did not get the item you really needed, and had a vin# been supplied, the error would have been caught and corrected.. How does this company even stay in business?!? I have had an order in for three weeks and it still hasn't shipped! Trying to get my money back now.

Fortunately, it appears as if you were able to contact us via email and your order has been refunded as per your request. Order a part, was charged immediately. I later received an email stating that the part was on back order and they asked if I wanted to wait or would I like a refund, I requested a refund. After waiting 2 full weeks, no refund. I then sent 4 unanswered emails. My final email was answered,telling me they recently switched systems, and that I should have my refund within a week. Well, a week later, still no refund. Update: It has been a full month and still no refund. The company has replied to this review but still has not responded to multiple emails request for information on the status of my refund. These guys are scammers, I've contacted my bank to start a fraud investigation.
