That said, under normal conditions, we generally have a very quick turn-around rate for receiving special ordered parts from our distributors. In Addition, every one of the parts featured on our site, Displays the following disclaimer, "PLEASE NOTE: ALL PARTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY and some may require special ordering from the manufacturer." This disclaimer is also displayed on the very part that you ordered with us. At the moment, we do not offer a direct phone line to speak with our customer service reps. As per our website, customers are encouraged to reach out to our team of customer service representatives Via our live chat feature in the bottom right-hand corner of every page on the Getoemparts.com site. With that being said, we would like to apologize if any of our customer service representatives were anything but kind and courteous and assure you the proper steps have been taken, to educate the individual responsible on the best practices in regards to customer service. We apologize immensely for your latest experience with our services and assure you, our customers rarely experience shipping complications. Unfortunately, Once the product has left our facilities, it is entirely up to the shipping provider selected at checkout, to fulfill the last leg of the transaction. It appears, In this case, the shipping provider was unable to do so. Fortunately, It appears as if your Visor cap arrived at your residence one day after this review was posted. Upon reviewing your order, It appears as if your parts were shipped out from our facilities on 8/11/2021. Unfortunately, the USPS system is currently experiencing technical difficulties and we are unable to view the status of your delivery. I have shared your review with our team and we will work on the areas mentioned. After reviewing your order we noticed a few aspects, that impeded our ability to process your order. It appears as if your order was placed on the 16th of august. On August 18th a customer service representative reached out with the following email. "Thank you for placing your order with GetOEMParts.com! While reviewing your order (Order 320975#) for processing I've discovered a compatibility issue. The part in your order is not showing as compatible for your vehicle per the VIN provided. I am showing part #GN1Z-15266-BD as the correct part for your vehicle for your LAMP BEZEL" "After receiving no response, our customer service representative sent the following email on 8/19/2021 Thank you for placing your order with GetOEMParts.com! While reviewing your order (Order 320975#) for processing I've discovered a compatibility issue. The part in your order is not showing as compatible for your vehicle per the VIN provided. I am showing part #GN1Z-15266-BD as the correct part for your vehicle for your LAMP BEZEL" While we understand your frustrations, we hope that you acknowledge that our customer service representative reached out with the sole intention of providing you with the correct parts as indicated by the VIN # provided at checkout. If the parts ordered had been shipped as intended you would find that they would not fit your vehicle, upon arrival. It appears as if we had the pleasure of speaking with you the morning of 8/19/2021. Despite our best efforts to convince you of your part mismatch you had opted to receive a refund for your order which was promptly completed within 2 minutes of closing your chat. Again we apologize for your frustrations and hope to better assist you in the future.
