Purchase a convertible top. Top wouldn’t fit correctly. Sent different color, trim pieces try to contact M&T communication is minimal with no help and three months later the worst customer service I’ve ever seen . Bought another top from another company and I’m still having problems with this one. Trying to get my money back.

Horrible Experience. Ordered a simple replacement convertible top for classic VW Bug. My credit card was charged immediately. In such a case, one might expect at least cursory customer service, right? Asked an application question via email (very much encouraged on their website). No answer. Almost two weeks go by. No order update. I ask for an expected shipment date, again via email. I’m given this rude, hypothetical answer (ie “if it is in stock, ...” and “if someone ordered ahead of you, even if it was in stock,....”). Might one expect a factual answer? It seemed an unreasonable request to have them check their stock, and give a correct order status. Again, this is two weeks after my credit card was charged for the full amount. The individual who responded today made sure to tell me “Have a Great Day” with every useless reply. Guessing this was their interpretation of “Customer Service”. As you may surmise, I will not deal with this very poor Co. again; and certainly hope no one who reads this does either.
