We want to make sure, though. Could you reach out to us at [email protected] or (617) 249-3444 and tell us what was hard to find? We'd love to understand what happened and help.
Okay but they hold you from using your credit line from time to time. I have never missed a payment and my account is in good standing. When I plan on using my credit to pay for a project I need it, not just when you feel like I should be able to use it. Now I have to adjust our budget and come up with a new plan. At least send an email or put a note on our account giving us warning that could happen. Will close my account after I pay it down and find a real credit line that does not cost as much.
