After answering few questions online I received a phone call from a lady by the name of Tammy Elizer from Own Up. She was very helpful and got me in touch with a mortgage company that was known for having lower interest rates. After our phone call she sent me an email with all the information from our call. A gentleman then reached out the next day from the mortgage company and was pre-approved within a couple days.
