If there was a zero star I would leave them that. From beginning to end. Ordered back in March and do not have a nightguard nor a refund. I have literally been back and forth with them a million times to get a refund. Horrible customer service, extremely slow to mail and I would not use this company if I were you.

Before ordering, I disclosed that I have significant tori (bony growths) in my mouth and asked directly if that would be a problem. I was told no, and that three tray sizes would be provided to accommodate it. That's the only reason I placed the order. None of the trays actually fit when the kit arrived. I did my best to complete accurate impressions anyway, but the return packaging was just a flimsy bubbled envelope, nothing to stop it from being crushed or pushed in during transit. The resulting night guards don't fit: the bottom one makes me gag, and the top one is loose and bumps out in front. This isn't a minor comfort tweak, the product genuinely doesn't work as intended. The support experience made it worse. This started July 30, 2026 and is still unresolved weeks later. Every time I followed up, it was obvious my previous emails hadn't been read before someone replied. I had to re-explain the same issue, the same disclosed condition, and the same request multiple times to multiple people. I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau with the full email history attached. In response to that complaint, the company has stated they issued a refund. I have not received that refund in my account as of this writing, and I'm not treating this as resolved until the money actually shows up. A stated intention to refund is not the same as a refund. I'll update this review once, and if, that actually happens. If you have any pre-existing dental/oral condition, think hard about whether their process actually accounts for it, and what happens to your support if it doesn't.

Absolutely unacceptable. After months of problems, my retainer arrived with a huge section literally missing and completely unusable. I complained weeks ago and requested a full refund, yet I’m still being left without any real response or resolution. Appalling service.

Horrible experience from the beginning and it’s still ongoing a full month later. Submitted impressions and after weeks of no response, finally received an email back stating my impressions were not viable and that they would send me a new kit. As of this writing, I still don’t have the kit and I’ve reached out so many times I’ve lost count. There’s also no phone number to contact anyone. As of this writing, I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I’m being told that I have to return the new impression kit before they’ll issue me a refund. Absolute horrible, horrible company, zero customer service completely disorganized. Avoid this company at all costs.

Hi, we're sorry this has dragged on — weeks of delays and slow responses aren't the experience we aim for, and we own that. To clarify where things stand: the first impressions unfortunately weren't usable, so we sent a replacement kit at no charge, and our carrier shows it was delivered. Since you'd prefer a refund instead, we've asked that the unused kit be sent back with a prepaid label, and the refund will be issued once it's on its way — no need to wait for it to arrive to us. If the kit truly never reached you despite the delivery scan, tell us at [email protected] and we'll sort the refund out regardless. We're already in touch and committed to closing this out for you.
They took my money out of my account for a mouth guard and never sent me a confirmation email! When I email them they keep saying there’s no order with my name or email address! They just keep telling me they can’t find my order and I must have a different name or email! This is theft, they took my money and did not place the order!

Hi Britney, we've searched again by name and email and still can't find any order. To rule everything out, please email us with your shipping address, the charge date, and amount — we can search orders by address and locate the charge directly with our payment processor. If we find it we'll make it right immediately; if not, we'll help you identify the actual merchant so you can recover your money.
I ordered the product and was absolutely unable to complete the mold process - I got physically ill from the attempting to capture the tooth mold with the product - I contacted Cheeky and requested a refund - was told sure - I would need to pay for the kit $17.00 that I used unsuccessfully- 4 weeks later only sent me another kit for an impression!!! No refund as of yet - AVOID THIS COMPANY - poor customer service and ability to cancel “subscription “ - horrible experience

Hi Cynthia, we're sorry the impression process didn't work for you and that the back-and-forth made it worse — sending another kit when you wanted a refund was a miss on our end. To clarify where things stand: once a chargeback is opened with a bank, we're unable to issue a refund directly — the bank takes over and returns the funds through their process, which we are not contesting. Your money will come back through your bank, typically within a few weeks. If it doesn't, or you have any trouble, email us and we'll make it right.
I recivede my first night guard and it did not fit. I have good oral Hygiene, and it made my gums bleed if I wore it for longer then ten minutes. I sent it back and never received a replacement in a different more suitable material. This morning I have a charge on my account for another guard made in the same material as the first one. I have never been able to test this product for longer then a few minutes and now I am out as much money as it would have cost to have a dentist fitting.

Hi Hillary, we're sorry the guard didn't fit — that's not the experience we want, and gum irritation is a fair reason to be upset. The new charge was an automatic renewal from the subscription plan on the account, not a fee for the returned guard. We've since refunded every charge on your account in full, and no further charges will occur. If you don't see the refunds within 5–7 business days or want help with a properly fitting replacement, email us and we will assist.
