Genuine InnovationsReviews of genuineinnovations.com

Customer service was very responsive and took care of my problem immediately.

Genuine Innovations is totally awesome! I bought one of their Ultraflate inflators and it blew an "O Ring" when I was inflating my mountain bike tire on a ride. I reported it, and they replaced the Ultraflate inflator immediately at no charge as part of their Lifetime Guarantee on the product. They were fantastic to deal with, and I really appreciated their professional customer service and support.

Excellent products and service. All three of my CO2 inflators are Genuine Innovations.

Very quick to solve problems and assist.

CO2 cartridges and an Airchuck I bought for my bicycle, saved me when my motorcycle tire needed air in a pinch. I will always keep these around!

Note to self, continue to puncture and tighten co2 cartridge once seal is broken.

Best customer service around!
