I am absolutely thrilled with my new Emser Extero! This installation process was smooth and efficient, and the finished product is stunning. The quality of material is top-notch, it's already transformed the look and feel of my home. I'm so grateful for the excellent customer service and would highly recommend genix flooring for the services.

Just inspected all pieces and everything looks good! So very pleased with the order process and especially the great customer service. This is a small project, the entry way at my front door, but the service has made me feel valued as a customer even though it was a small order. Thanks again for a great experience - it's rare these days!

This was my first time working with Genix Flooring, I was in search of a specific tile and they had a great deal on it. I had multiple problems on my side and Thomas Walt was my sale rep and he made this experiance amazing. First, I had ordered the wrong color and I send an email and he promptly fix this matter and got me the correct colors ordered. Second I had a box of tile that was broken Thomas was able to get me a replacment set up. third, I was short 2 boxes of tile and I was Thomas was able to have my order ready for pickup in the same days time so my tile installer didn't have to come back. I really appreciate him very much for helping. I will be working with him in the future for any of my floor needs.

I needed a small amount of tile to match old my 25 year old bathroom, delivered quickly. Thomas Walt and Genix was very responsive. I got the tile on time, and he followed up to make sure. Great service!

We needed a small amount of tile for a project in a very timely fashion. Our local distributor was not able to get it, so we searched the product online an d Genix Flooring came us as having the material. We called and Thomas Waite confirmed they had the material, processed the order and had the material onsite in 3 days.

Order arrived exactly when promised. Thomas was in constant communication with me.

Needed an order shipped in a timely manner to avoid costly project delays. We were assured via the website’s chatbot that the product would ship within 2-3 business days. When it did not, we escalated to customer service. Thomas Walt assured us via email that it would ship the following Monday. It took another two weeks to ship, during which time, I was calling multiple times a day, costing me valuable productivity at work. Mr. Walt refused to even give me shipping estimates once the tile did ship, which, with every passing day, it did not. At one point, we received an email (now 1.5 weeks past the stated ship date) stating that he would not ship the tile until he received email verification. Once we provided that, it took another 4 days to ship! When it finally did ship, we received a tracking number that never updated, so we had no way of keeping our contractor informed about the delays. Nor did we receive instructions for getting our shipment once it was randomly delivered to a city far outside where we are. This was a disaster from start to finish, and the advertised shipping timeframes are a joke. We incurred so many additional construction costs because of this delayed shipment, and when we requested a refund on the shipping to help defray those costs (it would have been a pittance given the debt we ultimately took on because of Genix’s incompetence and terrible communication), Mr. Walt refused. We will be reporting this business for fraud, holding onto people’s money and refusing to ship orders that they placed.

Response from Genix Flooring - Best Floor Selling Agency· May 21, 2024
This order was placed on 14th of April (Sunday) which was processed on 15th of April. As per the policy, estimated shipping time for the order is 7-10 Business days. I got an email from Scott on 18th of April about the status of the order in which I replied " It has not shipped yet, will be shipping out this week or early next week". Order was ready to ship as per my given time frame early next week, I have been trying to get in touch with Scott, unfortunately he was unreachable the whole time this week and we can not ship if we do not have confirmation from the client. I believe he was out of town as his mother in law told me when I finally got in touch with her on 25th of April (Thursday) as she called in, she is a great lady. Custom Companies Freight picks up freight from us on Tuesday and Wednesday so I got his order shipped out on the next shipment day 30th of April (Tuesday) as early as possible once I had the confirmation of someone having there to receive the shipment even though I was having a higher cost which he paid us for shipping but I bear that just for my customer satisfaction and told him also. Since the beginning he has been just trying to get some money back anyhow which is unacceptable with inappropriate excuses, if he would have wanted to cancel the order I can do that at the moment but he wants to have the material and the money too which is not appropriate at all, I was always available for his assistance. Here is the message I sent him and his mother in law. "I spoke to Ms.Carol your Mother-In-Law, you originally paid $199 and I am getting charged $210 which I am bearing but I won't be able to make any refund" Once the order got delivered then he emailed me on 2nd of May to refund him making an excuse for receiving a wrong product even though he received the exact thing he ordered, then accusing me of making excuses. On 17th of April when I emailed him for before and after pictures of the flooring as I always want to make sure that our client is satisfied then he again came up with another new excuse of getting some money refunded as the project got delayed which he never told me when last time he emailed making an excuse of wrong product delivered. Today I got this threatening email from another person on filing a complaint for something which never happened because of us.
The purchasing experience was easy. All information was communicated with me throughout the process through delivery.
