I contacted Jocelyn for the turntable plate issue in the Gembox, and she's extremely helpful to me! She's willing to spend her time to make video testing with the Gembox and GemCam to help me deeply find out the cause and solutions for my problem, and she's really active and quickly responded to my issue. I absolutely give her 5 stars for her great, excellent customer support!!

Kristine was amazing! She helped me unbox, setup, and test the Gem LightBox. While, also assisting in dowloading the app and testing everything with the video and picture settings. Looking forward to working with her again soon, after playing around some more with this amazing tool.

The support from the company is outstanding. I have not been using mine very much only because I have not been making jewellery in the first half of the year but they actively ring me - out of the blue - to make sure I am getting on with the product. The support person, Jocelyn, is incredibly patient and has shown me how to setup the package and how to take better photos and link to my shopify site. No other company I know rings to see 'how you are getting on with the product'.
