These are our first eBikes. But far from our first bikes. This bike is a dream to ride. The assist is excellent, the ride is super comfortable, and the quality first class. We tested several less expensive bikes, and you truly get what you pay for in terms of quality, and comfort.

I have been searching for an E Bike for the last 3 years. The bikes that caught my attention were too high priced at 5-6K. I went into the Santa Cruz store on a whim as I had not seen the Gazelle before. I was immediately impressed. The staff explained and answered my questions by pointing out various features of the Gazelle. With the sale price offered, I could not resist. I am proud that I took this step in purchasing my Gazelle. Never a doubt only confirmation of this excellent purchase. After 4 days of riding around Santa Cruze with all the various hills and terrane, wow what a great experience. I am 73.5 yrs old and am recovering from RA this ride will and is helping with stamina issues. The staff at the Gazelle store in Santa Cruz were most helpful and patient with all my questions. Kudos!!

I research everything before I buy. I spent about a year researching electric bikes. The Gazelle brand came out on top of all the other brands in my opinion. From the fit & finish, appearance, functionality, options, ruggedness, longevity of ownership, customer service and serviceability. If you want a ebike that is going to last you for the long haul, this is it. No need to look any further.

The handlebar control pad for the bike stopped working two weeks after purchase. This caused the e-bike to suddenly turn off mid ride. Brought it into the shop and was told it needed software updates. Shop performed the update. Bike worked for two days and controller stopped working mid ride again. Now we are waiting for Royal Dutch to "approve" a replacement controller, send it to the shop and have it replaced. All of this on a brand-new bike. It should not be a question that this should be fixed/replaced. Why would you build a bike that can turn off mid ride because it needs an update?? Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Gazelle staff, Tannen especially at the Experience center in Santa Cruz was fabulous. Helped us figure out the right bikes for us, where to buy, and helped us when my bike had a delayed delivery.

Thank you Karen!
I have a rubbing noise in the battery pack area! Bow Cycle has tried to fix it, no luck yet, might need another service trip!
