The online purchase was handled efficiently and the product did arrive timely. Unfortunately the product did not contain all the accessories advertised and pictured. I didn't complain because I don't have time to deal with bureaucracies....

I ordered a planter box on 9/20 that was on backorder until 10/3. That date came and went, so I followed up on 10/12 (no response) and then again 10/14. I received one reply that said the item would ship by 10/31, and another reply that said the item would ship on 10/15. The item has still not arrived.

Great service and quality. Ordering was easy. Website worked flawlessly. Shipping of raised beds was earlier than original scheduled delivery date. UPS delivered products in excellent condition. We haven't opened each carton yet, but product quality for what we've seen is topnotch.

I ordered a food dehydrator for the fall, but it hasnt been delivered yet. When I enquired about it, the response was it was shipped from the supplier and the delivery date was not known . That statement should have been listed in the catalog or something to the effect that it was not in stock. No follow up yet to a delivery date.
