Awful customer service. They sent us a product that was missing an electrical cord. When asked to send it, I was made to wait weeks before being told, they can't (or more likely WON'T), and that we should just go to a hardware store and buy it ourselves. #weaksauce This was only after spending many hours with them attempting to get a tax exempt account. I've wasted way too much time on this awful company. Save yourself the time and effort and order elsewhere!

If a company does not offer free returns, it does not stand behind its products and the company is complete garbage. This company doesn't allow free returns, do the math. Avoid this company and let it rot in hell.

We bought 7 of the high rise 5' sprinkler head. You cannot place in the ground more than once before they break, customer service is just there to act like they are going to do something, They don't. We spend more than 700 dollars for junkkkkkkk.

They don’t take returns and make you pay for returns. Costing me up to 100$ on return. Product looked like a tire slab and smelled like it too. Not happy at all

Their customer service is the worst. I placed an order on July 6, and when I called on July 22 to check the status, they told me it had shipped on July 7 or 8. That wasn't true. I spoke with the manager on July 22, and she said she would get back to me, but I never heard from her. Because of the lack of communication and poor customer service, I canceled my order. I will not do business with this company again. RK

The short version is that the Demeter Garden Cart I received from Gardners Supply was MISSING the 2 left legs, a number of pieces were dented, paint was scuffed or chipped, or in poor quality. In the past 2 days, I have called Gardners Supply THREE times and have sent FIVE e-mails to substantiate my claim. Each time I am told to e-mail photos to serviceATgardeners.com, I have done that in multiple e-mails. I have NOT received a response or resolution. I have 21 photos to document problems with the item I received. When I call, I have NOT been told to return the item, I have NOT been offered replacement parts — instead I get stuck in the loop of being told to send e-mails with photos, I do that, I follow up, and then I am told they never received my e-mails and they say they can’t do anything until I send the e-mails. I HAVE sent FIVE E-MAILS to Gardners and they are lying. The problem is with Gardners Supply quality control and customer service. Gardners Supply needs to be held accountable. Gardners Supply is erroneously “claiming” they have not received ANY of the 5 e-mails I have sent regarding a defective order that is also missing parts. This is a lie as the customer service representative I spoke with on Tuesday said that if photos are too large they cannot see them which is why they can’t start a resolution. I suspect that is another lie to shirk responsibility for defective merchandise as my photos were each approximately 100 KB, the attachments in my initial e-mail was 2.1 MB, and in 3 additional e-mails I re-sent the photos making sure the CUMULATIVE photo attachments in each e-mail did not exceed 1MB. A large corporation such as Gardners Supply should be able to open e-mails with attachments under 1MB. Even if they cannot “see” the photos, they should still be able to see the text and respond. The e-mail address I sent the photos of the defective item to was correct as I cut and pasted it from their website and I have proofed it multiple times I am so frustrated, angry, and disenchanted with Gardners Supply. I have now spent OVER THREE HOURS in the past 2 days trying to resolve this issue. This includes starting a fraud report with my Credit Card company.

100% pure incompetence in after sales service. Have several grow lights and now I’ve been waiting for 6 months for resolution for problems. No one responds to questions when you call or email. Warranty is not worth a penny. Hard to believe a company can still be in business with the way they treat their customers. I will never buy from them again and I hope others will follow my direction.
