They have products I can't find in local stores or anywhere else. Website is easy to use and products arrived on time, packaged well and was able to track items on their way. Will definitely order from them going forward.

Shipment has been delayed twice. Received an email if I was happy with my order, before receiving it and I'm still waiting.

I find it very easy to locate products on the Gardener's Supply site and obtain good information about each one, from both the company and from customers. Deciding what to order is the most difficult part of the ordering process. Placing the order is quick and easy. I love the products and the customer service.

I have never had a product from Gardener's Supply that I wasn't satisfied with; however, my latest order ended up being broken up into quite a few shipments and some I haven't even received yet and it's been a month. You should try to send out some sort of updates when an order is delayed.

Gardeners Supply sells these fantastic garden hand tools made by DeWitt. These tools have a higher price but the quality is worth every penny! No more buying trowels every year because of bent handles. Good idea for the holidays. AB Harrison OH
