I have still not received the gift I ordered for my son fir his birthday. I ordered it early and his birthday was October 9!!! I called and spoke to a manager n he said it was being shipped from New Jersey. I live in New Jersey! We have still not received it. That is why I rated you one star. Where is my order? Can you please look into it for me. I would appreciate it. Thank you

I had purchased a bird feeder similar in looks to this one. However, the top on the previous feeder twisted to close. It took the squirrels in my yard about 15 minutes to pry the top of this feeder off because it opens straight up. The rest of the feeder is sturdy.
