I still haven't received my purchase, so I can't really say whether or not I'm pleased. I understand that the item I purchased is shipping from the manufacturer, but it was supposed to ship Oct 1, and now that's been pushed back to Nov 1.

If something is on back order, it should be stated on the web site. You need to communicate on the back order periodically with customer when you do not give dates as to when to expect the order. I ordered #8599856 -Titan Obelisk on September 27th. I have not received any communication from you on the status of my order.
