We ordered three different items. One of the items were bulbs. I called two different times about the order, which is still not complete. I was told during the second call that the bulbs were being shipped by a different source. We still have not received them nor have we been informed about a delivery.

Customer service great, but false advertising due to shipping dates. I purchased an elevated garden bed in September, after confirming by phone that the product was available and will ship right away. Three weeks later, there were no notifications for shipping. I phoned in to check out what the hangup was, and was told the product was on backorder and it wouldn't ship until the end of October. Gardener's customer service is great, but I consider this false advertising and needed this product within the time it was guaranteed at the time of my order. I realize shipping times are delayed due to covid, but I should have been notified after I placed the order that my shipping time was drastically delayed from what I was told t the time of purchase.

I have received my order. It said it would not mail out until November.

My retrofit LED bulbs for my sunlight garden arrived in good shape. My African Violets are growing faster than with conventional fluorescent bulbs and are blooming better than before.

Prompt delivery. Fragile item was securely packed.

I knew what I wanted. It was easy to find on the website. The negative is that it is taking what I consider to be an excessive length of time for the shipping. I placed my order on 9/26/20 and am writing this review on 10/23/20. That length of time is unacceptable to me. On this aspect alone, I would rate my experience as one star. After posting my review, I contacted Customer Support at Gardeners' Supply. The agent was gracious and helpful. She took time to check into the situation of my order. Although she was unable to give me a specific date for shipping, she was able to inform me that shipping would occur soon. My perception was that it was at least partially due to a supplier problem over which Gardeners' Supply had little or no control. I definitely would us Gardeners' Supply again if they had the item or items I wanted. They clearly do everything they can to be sure the customer's order is taken care of.

I start this by saying that I love this indoor garden which I bought to grow herbs and greens in the winter. I would have given it 5 stars but if you read on you'll see why I only give it 4. It arrived in two boxes. One of the boxes gave me pause - it was old, battered and had clearly been used before, which made me wonder whether I was getting open box goods. However, all the parts looked in new condition. It wasn't until I started putting it together that I realized that it was missing the 8 wooden dowels needed to stabilize the frame. But I had almost completed the assembly. So, instead of the dowels I decided to use 8 of my own screws. The assembled garden is great and good quality. I have yet to contact customer service about the missing dowels.

Tool was great. Great workmanship. Fairly priced.
