Excellent service replacing a faulty product

I had an issue with not receiving my order (USPS fault) and no questions asked you guys sent out replacements. Super fast response and very nice customer service since it wasn’t your fault I didn’t receive my order. Thank you very much and hopefully they will show so I can send back the replacements.

The companies customer service is some of the best I have experienced. They truly look to take care of their customers and they go above and beyond your expectations. I have used them for years and in two circumstances I needed customer support assistance. Both times they have gone the extra step to make sure I was satisfied. Recently I was ready to order new lenses. When I reached out to make sure they had my frame profile on file, instead of selling me two new sets of lenses, (That I was ready to order and pay for) they reminded me that I had a warranty on the last two sets I ordered that they could send me for free. Wow!!!
