Bike arrived on time with no damage. Can't ask for much more than that!

I was a bit apprehensive to ship my bike 2/3s the way across the country (Columbus, GA to Billings, MT) but decided to try FunTransport as they had a shipping depot very close to where I was going. Before I even signed my contract to ship my bike, I contacted the receiving depot to discuss times they were open, and if they could get my wife and me from the airport. The manager, Tim, was more than accommodating and said no problem, he would work with me and whatever flights I could get out there and make sure someone was available to get me my bike. I then had FunTransport pick the bike up at my house and come to find out, the driver was also a rider. He did a thorough inspection and loaded it up. The bike arrived at the destination on time and without a scratch and the people at the depot in Billings, MT were THE BEST! They called me when the bike arrived to let me know it was there and then picked me and my wife up at the airport and even held our luggage while we were gone for 10 days of riding. Then, they received the bike for the return trip, inspected it and drove us back to the airport for our return flight. Tim and his crew are great! I hope FunTransport knows what an asset they have there. The bike was returned on time and without a scratch. I would, without a doubt, use them in the future.

5 Star service from my initial call to office (Linda,) the price, to shipping and receiving points (Detroit to California) no other explanation needed--5 Star Service--impressed! I wouldn't waist any time with other carriers...I will use again.
