I bought a new fridge for a new house online (after another company quoted me more than a month for delivery!). I immediately called to check on delivery, and within 10 minutes I had been offered expedited shipping, white glove service and a 5 year refundable warranty, all of which I wanted. Very pleased so far with my experience and Elliot was great.

I needed to speak to someone regarding a new refrigerator and Elliot was very helpful in pointing me to the right one. Can't wait to receive it. The price was lowest amongst all competitors! Will look forward to writing another review after receiving my order.

I really liked the sales folks at Fumfie, but the on the fulfillment side is where things went bad for me. The frig I bought never shipped after 6 weeks, so I canceled, but Fumie would not refund my money...I tried for 6 weeks to get my refund, and every week they said it would be in my account by the end of the week. Nope, never happened. Then finally they said they would mail me a check. Nope, never happened. So unfortunately I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. Apparently this is the only way you can get a refund from Fumfie. Be careful...if all goes well with your purchase and shipment, then consider yourself lucky. Otherwise be prepared to work with your credit card company to get your money back.

Steven is great. Talked to Sean regarding purchasing appliances and gave me a good deal who then refer me to Sales Rep, Steven who was pleasant and excellent to deal with. Now, I'm just waiting for my refrigerator to arrive next week. Can't wait!!
