Billed me for a drone. Never delivered. Emailed me two weeks later saying it was no longer in stock. Still waiting on the refund.

Purchased a drone and 2 weeks later i called asking about my order they said I would have it in 1 to 2 weeks 2 weeks After I called and they said sorry out of stock here it is 5 days later and they still haven’t returned my payment! Totally unacceptable

Great product

Unreliable, plain and simple. I purchased an item they claimed was in stock, an expensive Leica lens. The lure was their price--15% lower than any competitor. They immediately charged my card and three days later the order status handn't changed from "Processing". I called and was told they were 'temporarily out of stock but should have the item in a week". Three weeks later, no item, no update, no indication they would ever get it. They're polite, but rather hopeless at inventory management.

Product price was good and fast delivery. Customer support very responsive.

Terrible experience! Terrible customer service! Tried to get me to purchase extra equipment and lied about camera we ordered. Refused to cancel order until I called over 30 times to do so...literally over 30 times!

I only buy from fumfie.com because of their customer service. 5 stars for sure!
