Thank you so much! Really glad we could get back to you quickly, that's always the goal. We're here if you ever need anything! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
I really like the day and night balm along with the eye balm. All three seem to work so well with my skin. The day balm calms my rosacea , so I don’t have to wear any make up. My skin can breath all day and night

Debbie, this made my day!! So happy the day balm is calming your rosacea and that your skin gets to breathe without makeup. And great to hear the eye balm is working for you too 😊 Excited to keep delivering for you. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
Great customer service, I love Froya Organics products and recently had a small puncture in a product, most likely from shipping, and they quickly responded and sent a replacement out. I really recommend this brand for their products and their staff!

Thank you Heidi!! So glad you're happy with both the service and the products. Means a lot to the whole team 😊 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
I was so disappointed when this product arrived. No ingredients listed, cheap packaging, It's shipped from China which was unexpected. I used the night balm and found that my skin was irritated almost immediately. I had such high hopes living in a cold winter city but I think this product is just a lot of hype.

Hei Kristie! Haha, I totally believe you!! Two weeks and already seeing a difference is the best news. Thank you for taking the time to share this 🔥 Excited to keep delivering for you. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
CAUTION!!!!!!!! This product has a very unpleasant smell, like wax, or something that has gone bad. Very greasy. No improvement… HOWEVER… my biggest complaint is NOT the smell or how it works (because I had to try it to know) but if you buy it you are automatically enrolled in a program where they charge you every month. They refuse to cancel, and won’t let me send it back.
