Froya OrganicsReviews of froyaorganics.com

Wonderful products and great customer support. I recently started using the mature skincare products and the shampoo, so I haven’t seen/felt much of a difference quite yet. I do love each product and am excited to experience positive results soon. Pat

The customer service is exceptional. I recently moved and had an issue with a shipment being returned. I was given a response immediately and the problem was handled very professionally, quickly and with kindness. Impressive! Thank you, Britten

Ale with Customer Service treated me with kindness, fairness, and overall niceness. I felt heard and appreciated as a client.

I must say, the level of customer service and support that I received from the Froya team was exceptional. Thank you!

I love the product. Froya feels beautiful on the skin. The service is fast and efficient. The staff are lovely and helpful. Highly recommend.

J'adore !!! Garde ma peau hydratée, toute la journée. Un must.

Wonderful customer service! I recently purchased Frøya Organics' day and night creams. Unfortunately, my night balm had a grainy texture, and felt unpleasant. I contacted customer service, and they were incredibly kind, helpful and professional. After trying their suggestions without success, they kindly sent me a replacement jar. The new balm is absolutely wonderful – smooth, luxurious and a pleasure to use! I'm very happy with both the products and the excellent customer service. Thank you, Frøya Organics! ❤️ Bettina Hilborg
