the customer service is amazing ! my one product came damaged and the instantly issued me a replacement !!

Order Number: FO1540898 My order was meant to be delivered yesterday October 22, 2026. The delivery driver has not communicated back to VeHo about package location. In looking at the delivery photos, looks like the driver kept the package in their car and just took a photo near my address to mark order delivered but kept the package. I am communicating with Froya help support email for a refund, have not heard back yet on what will happen now . I was excited to try the products :-) hopefully I can be sent a replacement order or not sure yet if the company will refund. Again, I'm not sure of the next steps now for resolution. Thank you!

I just received my first order, three days ahead of schedule! When I opened the box, one of the products had leaked a little bit. I emailed the company and received a response within 3 minutes!!!! They very quickly resolved my issue! Best Customer Service experience I have ever had.

Originally I had big issues with the product and subscription and it was a whole mess. It did take some time to hear back but once I did Maio did an amazing job of making things right and doing right by the customer. Maio had empathy, understanding, and was quick to see the solution and provide. Five stars! If you gjve bonuses or raises please give it to Maio! Fantastic customer service!

They made things right by giving g refund when products didn’t help my skin
