I was preparing for a hunting trip out of town and Kim Taylor pointed out some services that might be beneficial. She was very helpful and took care of the process for me. Kim is always friendly and goes above and beyond to help any time I come into the bank.

Ok So I can't drive and have no way down to the bank i have asked several times if I am the primary owner of this account and I had added my grandson darion onto the account until he ws 18 and they have said the only way to have him taken off was he had to come in and have his self removed he keeps spending all my money. This is my account and I want him removed!!!

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand how frustrating this situation must feel. For your security, changes to account ownership can only be made by either: - The joint owner personally requesting to be removed, or - Closing the current account and opening a new one in your name only. We know this may feel inconvenient, but these safeguards are in place to help protect our customers’ funds and identities. Please contact us directly at 812-667-5101, and our team will be glad to walk you through your options and help make the process as smooth as possible.
