Absolutely the worst transfer money service I have ever attempted to use.If you do not speak Spanish, don't even bother contacting the company with a problem and forget about them actually being able to send your transfers out on a timely basis.If I could, I would give them a negative rating.

I have used Intercambio Express multiple times in the past without any major issues, but after this experience, I will be closing my account. Previously, I sent money to my grandfather in Mexico and accidentally left off his second last name. Even though it was clearly the same person, the transaction had to be canceled, and I was required to start the entire process over before they would issue a refund. Because of that experience, I was extra careful this time. After realizing I had once again forgotten my mother-in-law’s second last name, I immediately called customer service. I spoke with a representative named Lourdes, who assured me that the name had already been updated on the receiving end and that everything was fine. Trusting that information, my mother-in-law drove three hours from her town in Veracruz to the city to pick up the money. When she arrived at the bank, she was told there was no money available for her. I then called customer service again and spoke with three different representatives who were unable to help. Based on my previous experience, I tried correcting the last name and resubmitting the transaction, but it was denied four separate times. When I called to ask why, no one could give me an explanation. Finally, I spoke with a supervisor, who admitted it was a “fluke” on their end. However, instead of fixing the problem, I was told I would not be able to process any transactions on my account until the next day. It honestly felt like after I complained about the poor service, my account was effectively frozen. The worst part is that no one took responsibility or offered a real solution. My mother-in-law now has to make another six-hour round trip tomorrow just to receive money that should have been available today because of incorrect information provided by customer service. This entire situation was caused by poor communication and misinformation from your own representatives. I expected much better customer service, especially for a company that handles people’s money. Unfortunately, this experience has completely lost my trust, and I will be canceling my account and using a different money transfer service going forward.

Great Customer Service! The prices were very reasonable and top of it they were running a great promotion.

This is the worst company in earth to send money to you love ones out of the country. I try to send money to my brother in Mexico because my dad was having surgery. It took them five days to approve it and they still didn’t got approved so my dad pass away. I will never send money again to this company is the worst I do not recommend it for anybody.

Es muy mala fui a cobrar mi dinero y me lo retuvieran por falta de verificación y cuando llame me interrogaron todo hacer a de mi vida privada.cosas que no entiendo ,y según ellos lo retienen por la mala comunicación de tienen con cuba.no entiendo acaso es racismo .

La App me es muy útil y conveniente por obvias razones, sin embargo hay una cosa en particular que modificaría, cuando das de alta tu cuenta y el formulario inicial solicita tu fecha de nacimiento la única manera es deslizar mes por mes para llegar a tu año, eso es un X grande y es la razón que les doy 2 estrellas de calificación, ojalá puedan modificarlo y hacerlo más directo y fácil
