I have another dog registered with another group. More money, left with a lesser feeling. Freepaws just feels better. I'm happy but I have not received my kit yet. If I'm good with the kit I'll register my other dog as well.

I felt that the online experience went well. I immediately received my digital copies of my silver dog service choice. But I feel the mailing experience is not a good experience. I have been tracking it by mail with the tracking number I was provided, and according to it my service vest and ID have been sitting in Montreal customs for a week. I've tried calling freemypaws, but have not received a response yet. I'm getting annoyed with this experience and I just want what I paid for.
