Got the response right away. Followed the steps and the product was delivered quickly. Very convenient and easy.. I would definitely recommend this company anytime to anyone. When my papers expired.. I just make a phone call. Prompt and easy new paper for the next year! I am very happy for the easy way to have my dog with me on the long flight to germany.

I had planned travel with my emotional support animal and realized that her letter had expired. I paid for this service expecting to get the letter taken care of promptly on Sept 6. I was told a package was shipping out to me and I never received it. On Oct 24 I finally received an email to complete an online profile. Then I received a phone call on Oct 25 for an interview. I explained I no longer needed the letter because it was too late. They did not issue a refund, but a credit memo. I am no happy with this.
