This is a first class organization. It was great to work with a company that actually wanted to be helpful. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to recommend them. My item was shipped before the scheduled ship date and arrived EXACTLY as it was advertised. Don't hesitate to work with Free My Paws!!!!

Customer Service was great, I was re - certifying one dog and adding another. I found the vest to be exceptional in quality. The old vest had patches sew on . Our new vest is all embroidered beautifully and includes names. It was important for me to include "ok to pet" and " don't pet me" and it looks great. The only thing I missed seeing was the legal information (american disability act) and list of expected behavior of the service dog. In the past I have had to self certify that my dog's conduct is up to a rigid standard. It has always been a list of behavior's I work to maintain. I would like to see every dog owner have a standard to live by.

It's sturdy and well made. She already passed the inspection of a policeman without problem.

The items were wonderful they came in at timely manner and but that my dogs name was spelled incorrectly

. I have used both Freemypaws and another website for my dogs. Freemypaws vests are easier for the general public to recognize the dogs than the other website's vests. Also the vests from Freemypaws fit better and are more comfortable for my small dogs thatn other website's vests. As for price, Freemypaws and other website were very similiar when you compared the different options available. Hopepfully, I won't have to register a new dog for a long time, but if I do have to, I will use Freemypaws.
