The products I ordered came in a timely manner. One of the name tags had a misspelling on it. I contacted them and they immediately and apologetically corrected the error and right away sent me a new tag with the correct spelling. I will def do business with this company again! I had paid for expedited delivery and I got an email stating my order had shipped on the day it was supposed to arrive I called explained I was leaving on Vacation needed it right away they pulled it from delivery and shipped over night FedEx so I did get it on time for vacation!!
