I talked to a lady named Julie ext. 104 she was very helpful and the price sounds a bit more competitive than a few others I had called. The core charge was not as high as the others.

Incredible customer service with knowledgeable employees.

They took a while to get back with me but when they did they were helpful

Website is wrong, in stock listed, repair kit listed, warranty options listed. None of them are available. 2+ week delay, the kit is no longer an option and the 5 year warranty is not offered.
