I called and got a quote texted to me. Very fast and friendly

Never received the quote for days and the quote seems to be a little far fetched the engine usually goes for between 1500 and 2000 and they said they can give it to me for 500.

Because I keep getting text messages over and over again never got the quote until maybe 10 text message later that’s why I figured should’ve been left alone if y’all were closed until you open back up and then somebody contacted me or whoever decides to purchase from y’all

Never got a call back about any information

Customer service sucked i got hung up twice and transferred 3 times before someone could help me!!

Hi it's just the guy that I dealt with was very unfriendly and acted like he just didn't want to talk to me didn't have time don't know having a bad day maybe

I bought a motor for 5700$ , the motor went bad in 300 miles they told me that they would send the parts to rebuild the motor. I told them that if I wanted to rebuild the motor I would have just rebuilt the one I had. So I left a1 start review, I got called back after that. I then had to pay for an approved shop to diagnose it. They told them the motor was bad . They said they would send me a new motor. I then got calls which I recorded from them blackmailing me and cussing me out and telling me they canceled my warranty all because of my review . 20 days later still no motor and I have to pay a shop to take out the bad motor I was sold and install they're new one. I have now been trying for 2 days to get a quote for a rebuild engine. 1st. day customer service said someone would have to contact me to discuss my approved financing than give me a quote. no response at all. 2nd day I called after noon to discuss buying engine and why no call back. wow wow HOLY HELL. if you have to listen to the rude comments only to be passed on to another person for no reason. If you are having trouble buying I can only imagine the process for returns and warranty. not no but nooo way will I do business with this company
