Terrible Customer Service From Fosi Audio.
I ordered a CD player (£150) which was dispatched via InPost/Yodel. The Fosi Audio website states all UK items are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48, but Fosiaudio used InPost/Yodel instead. I nominated a safe place for delivery via the InPost website: my rear garden shed. I chose this because I was unsure if anyone would be home and did not want the parcel left at the front door in view of the street. There was no option on the website to select a locker or parcel shop, so the shed was the only available safe place. On 20 October 2026, tracking indicated the parcel was delivered to the safe place at 5:16pm. However, no photograph was provided at the time of delivery. I checked the shed and the parcel was not there. I complained to Fosi Audio, who initially told me to investigate myself, contrary to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Then they told me they would contact InPost/Yodal. Three days later, InPost Customer Services belatedly sent a photo to Fosi that does not show my property or any neighbouring properties. It shows a parcel left outside someone's house (not in a shed), on what appears to be a dry floor in good daylight—inconsistent with the 5:16pm delivery time and the wet weather in my area that day. No photo was taken at the point of delivery. The photo provided three days later is not of my property. The parcel was never in my shed. I believe the driver may have stolen the parcel. I have reported the matter to the police. Fosi Audio has been unhelpful and told me to investigate it myself, despite the contract being between them and InPost. Fosi Audio are now not replying to my messages. I would not recommend Fosiaudio based on this experience.
