They reply quickly and very helpful with the problem I had with a damaged package. One of the bottles of K2 oil drops was broken maybe because of rough treatment during transit to my home? Who knows. They promptly sent me a replacement package and it was perfect. They have great customer service and their website is easy to understand about thyroid help and support. I love the mk4 oil drops and will always use it from this website.

Paige responded to my email and answered my questions. Thank you for the clarification on steps to reduce goiter. I am planning to use the red light therapy device in conjunction with the other things she suggested. I'll report back in a few months.
