They claim I do not have an account yet charge me every month and send me a product. This is a scam

Unfortunately, got smashed twice for delivery plus a lot hassle of actually getting it delivered. Also used the discount code and it never got taken off the total price. Will be sourcing else where for my patient. Thanks (Clinical cardiac consultant)

Lots of email contact while your waiting for your order but when you email back to tell them after 45 days of taking their product you are experiencing terrible side effects...crickets. I kept emailing asking what their return/refund policy is. Turns out there isn't one. BEWARE of this company and their products. Total scam.

Customer service is representing their products in such a way that makes it exceptionally worrysome to be a customer of this company they don't put expiration dates on the bottles and are telling me the dessicated thyroid is good forever and never expires and they state that they dont have to list all the ingredients on the bottle as i looked at the site and it states one set of ingredients and the label omits several of the ingredients listed and they state they are not required to list all ingredients,

Be very careful ordering from this company. Sadly I had an extreme reaction to their progesterone, (usually am fine with a different brand progesterone cream but wanted to try theirs) it caused me to become extremely depressive, suicidal and experience psychosis. Not something I have ever experienced before and quite frankly ruined a few days of my holiday. Forefront health seemingly COULD NOT CARE LESS! They want the product back used to issue a refund. I feel that this product is NOT SAFE and in fact EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.

Have been using their Thyroid products for well over a decade and never had an issue with the quality of the product or their customer service, until recently. An email was sent with a discount code promotion and I decided to utilize it. Once I ordered the product (2 bottles) then entered the discount code, the appropriate amounts were deducted. But as soon as I got to the paywall, they added it all back in, in additional S&H fee's for regular mail. I contacted them repeatedly by email for almost an entire week asking them to honor the coupon. Instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly given lame excuses as to why the fee's were added back in. This is not only bad business, it actually borders on fraud in the inducement. There are 9 other reviews on a Reddit thread about their lack of care or value for their long time loyal customers. Luckily, there are other reputable companies that provide the same products. So much for Client or Customer retention practices or Client Loyalty Appreciation as it doesn't seem to be a part of their business model.
