The FMS Franchise Team has been instrumental in launching my company's expansion!

Chris Connor has been amazing to work with. His knowledge, willingness to walk me through everything in detail and speed in which he answers my ongoing questions has been paramount to onboarding our franchisees with ease and peace of mind.

I worked with FMS during one of the most difficult times for small business and that was during COVID. FMS was responsive, had excellent suggestions for coping with issues brought about during this time and kept open communication with the entire team. I have referred FMS to several business who are considering expanding their market share.

I’ve had a very positive experience working with Franchise Marketing Systems. Their team is extremely knowledgeable about franchise structure, compliance, and growth strategy, and they do a good job breaking down a complex process into clear, actionable steps. Communication has been consistent, timelines have been met, and they’ve been transparent about what’s required at each stage. What stood out most was their ability to balance legal, operational, and marketing considerations while keeping the long-term scalability of the brand in mind. They’ve been receptive to feedback, collaborative in refining details, and proactive about addressing questions before they become issues. Overall, FMS has delivered exactly what I was looking for in a franchise partner, and I’d recommend them to anyone serious about building and scaling a franchise the right way.

Working with Chris Connor and the entire team at Franchise Marketing Systems has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their depth of knowledge in franchising, legal structure, and brand positioning is second to none, and they guide you through what can be a very complex process with clarity and confidence. Chris is not only highly experienced, but also incredibly responsive, transparent, and strategic. He takes the time to truly understand your brand, your goals, and your long-term vision, then builds a franchise framework that is both compliant and scalable. The FMS team delivers on timelines, communicates clearly at every step, and provides real-world insight that goes far beyond templated franchise work.
