We love working with Chris and his team at FMS. They have helped us navigate the franchise world from the very start and continue to guide us through the yearly processes. I would highly recommend their expertise.

Burnie was the first person we connected with at FMS and immediately made us feel comfortable and confident about moving forward. From there, the entire team has been outstanding — from FDD preparation and SBA certification to operations manual development, business planning, and franchise marketing strategy, they brought structure and expertise to every step. Chris Conner leads with a hands-on approach, and the depth of the team speaks for itself — Michelle White on legal, Tim Conner on the operations manual, Sean Callaway on the business plan, Alan George driving franchise sales, Ashton Wiles managing project coordination and entity formation, Laura Rozentals on marketing, Lisa O'Neill on copywriting, Wendy Whitesell and Kaitlin Eileen on design, RC Santos on CRM, Jacklyn Ether on sales forms, and Bill Violette on sourcing. They don't just hand you a template — they work alongside you to build something that fits your brand. Highly recommend for any business looking to franchise the right way.

I am writing to highlight the exceptional contributions of the FMS team on their recent projects for WeMix. Their meticulous work on both the Franchise Landing Page and the Franchise Brochure has been truly outstanding. The quality of the deliverables is exemplary, demonstrating a deep understanding of our objectives and a high level of expertise in execution. The resulting materials are not only visually compelling but also strategically effective in presenting our franchise opportunity. Given the significant impact and superior standard of their work, I highly recommend that we formally acknowledge their efforts. I believe a comprehensive commendation for the FMS team would be well-deserved, recognizing their dedication and the professionalism they brought to these crucial initiatives.
