Here’s a warmer, more tender rewrite: The FMS team and its founders are among the most positive and kind-hearted people I’ve ever met in the business world. I love the positive vibes and the family-like, caring spirit, always looking out for each other’s best. I couldn’t ask for a better wing-man team! I’m excited for many years of collaboration and growth together, turning our dreams into reality and blessing everyone we meet along the way. Cheers to all, and see you at the top!

Before beginning the franchising process, I had absolutely no idea where to start or how involved it would be. From day one, Chris and his FMS team guided me step by step with incredible patience, professionalism, and support. They truly know their industry and consistently make what feels overwhelming become understandable, manageable, and exciting. What stands out most is how invested they genuinely are in my success. They are always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and help navigate every stage of the process with their expertise. I truly feel like I have experienced partners right beside me, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they continue to do to help position my business for long-term growth and success. Sue W. Franchise Marketing Systems (FMS) has the most amazing team that is able to customize their expertise to each client. I have thrown a ghost fork with franchising medical and orthopedic massage, and FMS has hit a grand slam turning this dream into reality. Every individual on the FMS team is positive, personal and professional making the process of franchising wonderful. Contacting the FMS team is the answer to any business looking for information to expand and share their concept and dream with the world.

I’ve worked closely with Chris Conner and the team at Franchise Marketing Systems, and the impact on our WetFuel business has been substantial! When we started, we had a strong concept but no formal franchise infrastructure. Chris and his team took us from that early stage all the way to a fully launch-ready system. They guided us through the entire process, including development of our FDD, building out a comprehensive operations manual, structuring our franchise model, and positioning the brand for growth. What stood out most was their ability to translate our real-world business into a scalable franchise system. They didn’t just deliver documents, they helped us think through structure, compliance, operations, and long-term strategy in a way that made the entire system stronger. Beyond the core franchise development work, their support extended into areas like website design, brand positioning, and even helping us think through our mobile app direction. They understand how all the pieces connect, not just from a legal standpoint, but from an operational and growth perspective. One of the most valuable aspects of working with Chris has been the network. The introductions, guidance, and access to experienced partners across the franchise space have been extremely valuable and continue to pay dividends as we scale. If you’re serious about building a franchise system the right way, not just checking boxes, but creating something built to grow, Chris Conner and Franchise Marketing Systems are a strong partner to have in your corner. Highly Recommended!!!
