Very responsive customer service on the phone with helpful and knowledgeable agents on the phone and always a available.

The address on my delivery was incomplete so it did not arrive on the scheduled day. Also, the packaging was terrible and the medication temperature was very close to being out of safety range.

My insurance stopped covering wegovy. I am unable to pay what it cost from the pharmacy I decided to try FM meds product arrived within 3 days I have been on it for a week I feel great My appetite is suppressed again and I am absolutely thrilled with this company and strongly recommend it, this is a great option for those whose insurance does not cover regular GLP from the pharmacy

The ease and speed of getting the Rx is a plus. I do wish that I was able to communicate through text instead of only through the app.

Fast and easy

The process was easy. It did take some time for they to ship the 1st order but after the orders started coming everything has been good. The Dr's increase dosage when its not working and from the time you submit gor a refill to shipping its about a week. Then just a vote days to get the meds.
