After multiple emails asking for an address correction and a hold on delivery due to being out of town, my order was shipped with the wrong address-cannot be delivered; have contacted both UPS & FNMeds to get the address corrected-which i was assured had been updated. still no package. it has now been in transit for over a week with no guarantee it has been stored properly. will be stopping payment on the order.

We understand how frustrating and disappointing this experience has been, especially after making repeated efforts to prevent delivery issues while being away from home. Unfortunately, a series of carrier related delivery complications impacted the shipment and created understandable concerns regarding the condition and handling of the medication. We sincerely regret that the experience did not provide the level of service and communication expected, and appreciate the opportunity to learn from this feedback.
