Very dissappointed with the sevrice. I have bought an item from this company and once paid i have emailed them to see where the shipping is at and i was adbised that it will be shipped in the next 2 weeks. This is rediculous and something like this should be mentioned on their website. I looked around everywhere for shippping information before buying but couldnt find any as such i thought that they will give an estimated delivery time when checking out which didnt happend. Absolutely dispointed and would not recommend anyone to purchase off this website.

SCAM ALERT. Bought Viper drywall anchors that never arrived...and used bogus JS Express tracking number. Only $13.96 BUT this is how these scammers make millions. Small charges they hope no one disputes! Hoping PayPal resolves this. I'm never buying anything off an Instagram ad again!!

I ordered 2 battery switches and only received 1. I paid for 2!

Horrible business to deal with. Purchased weed burner. When it arrived, it was not the same unit that was in the pictures on their website. The product was unsuitable to use in Australia as it breached gas standards. This was a potential gas explosion waiting to happen. When I explained to FixionTools the reasons I wanted a refund, they offered a 25 % refund. I said NO and wanted a full refund. I clearly gave my reasons why. They then offered a 50% refund... again I said NO. They then offered me a 75% refund and again I refused the offer. I would highly recommend that purchasing from this Chinese business has all the hallmarks of dealing with trouble. Don't get caught like I did.

Can't track my package, it's been weeks since I ordered. I'm beginning to feel like the company is a scam. I would stay away from this company, they seem like rip-off artists.

READ SAFETY WARNING BELOW COMMENT: Their metal weave cleaning cloths ads popped up in my Facebook several times a day. Videos showing old grease stains on cookware being washed off. Guess what. If the grease got there a week ago or a day ago, it may work. But it’s no better than the dollar store green scrub sponges. SAFETY PROBLEM: The metal weave is basically tinsel woven in with some kind of fabric. It breaks off in tiny pieces and it will end up in your food if you’re not careful. I used the cloth to clean a carrot, and saw the metal was embedded in the carrot. So I looked in the bottom of the dish scrub bucket, and there were more pieces of metal. Tiny pieces you wouldn’t ordinarily see if covered with sauce or food.

I ordered a product December 22nd 2025 it says it was delivered January 15th 2026. It was not delivered to my address in Michigan. It shows it was delivered to an address in New York. I have tried contacting them for refund with no response. I've also been fighting with PayPal over the transaction but they are awarding it to the seller because of the tracking showing it was delivered even though it wasn't delivered to me.

Do not buy from fixion tools. The flame torch they sent was utter rubbish. It was a scam. They then offerend me a refund which never eventuated. They then offered me a 25% refund after having said they would refund the whole amount. SCAM ARTISTS. I will delete this review if they ever refund me, which I doubt.
