The training process has been extremely thorough. Every area was covered in detail, and all questions answered. The only thing I would change is, I would have liked to be able to log in to the program for hands-on training instead of just sharing a screen.

Pre-Five9 our customer support team was having trouble tracking customer concerns, managing productivity and keeping our customer support at home agents accountable. With Five9 we've been able to track our customer's calls and be more informed to help them with the call notes and previous dispositions. We've been able to measure productivity and even outline key performance indicators. We recently started our first outbound campaign and we never would have been able to do so without the ease of the use that Five9's outbound dialers offer. We'd definitely recommend Five9 to any new customer support teams or tenured!

I usually have no problem with the Five9 system. The support I receive from Five9 is very helpful with one exception: Receiving Archived Reports. It's like an impossible task or a forbidden request. I've asked for an "Oct 2016" report in mid-January 2017. I was outside the 60 days for running my reports, when I asked if report can be retrieved I was told I would be charged. This was my first time calling in regarding this matter and asked if charge could be waived. I was then asked to speak with my account manager, account manager had me sign a contract and waived the charge but, then totally forgot about providing the report. Still waiting guys....

Helped implement several different dialers over the years and Five9 is the go to for a solid and usable experience. There is a bit of a learning curve to their platform but their team has always been great at helping to quickly and effectively answer all my questions.

Our main objective was to integrate five9 with salesforce, for inbound and outbound calls. But the system doesn't word well since five9 is not native to fsalesforce. Data integrity is not there due to some part of the records must exist in five9 which the integration between the two systems is not at best.

We were looking for easy to use call center software. The sales guys were fantastic and showed us everything we needed to know. They were not pushy at all. Once deciding to use Five9 the implementation was simple and the training was rolled out very efficiently. As I become more experienced with the software I do have some questions and our account manager has been right there to answer any questions.

I like the experience,its the best yet.Great
